Nadine is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned her master's in applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She has worked with individuals to grow their passion and knowledge for the field by serving as an Adjunct Faculty Mentor to graduate students at Simmons. Nadine has provided ABA therapy in a variety of settings including both public and private school systems, behavioral health clinics, in-home services, and Telehealth. Nadine has navigated IEP meetings both as a clinician and as a parent and is passionate about sharing tools and strategies with caregivers to help their children meet their full potential.

Angelica is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Angelica worked as an RBT before transitioning to her new role as a speech therapist assistant working towards certification in Pediatric Speech Language Pathology. Angelica is a valuable consultant for our families using speech generating devices. Building relationships with her clients is an added bonus, as she continues making a difference in children's lives.

Tala has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. She earned her master’s degree in special education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and is now a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Tala’s favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting their growth through natural learning opportunities. As a BCBA, she focuses on creating individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing caregiver training. She is especially passionate about teaching social skills and fostering independence by helping clients develop and use effective coping strategies.

Lauren Dabbs is the Clinical Operations Coordinator at Shoreline Behavioral, where she manages daily operations, supports staff, and ensures compliance. With a background in healthcare administration and a passion for building supportive systems, she brings clarity, warmth, and efficiency to her role.

Yocelynn is working on her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. She will be pursuing her master's degree to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Yocelynn aims to continue doing what she thoroughly enjoys, guiding positive growth of her clients which enriches not only their lives, but their family's lives as well. Yocelynn has worked as a registered behavioral technician with children on the spectrum since 2018.

Jessica Orlando is new to Florida, having moved from Colorado, where she spent seven years working with children on the spectrum and those with severe needs in a school setting. She has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2023 and finds the work incredibly rewarding. Outside of her career, her energetic four-year-old son keeps her on her toes. Her strong sense of patience is a valuable asset in all aspects of her life. This year, she aims to return to school to further her education, with the possibility of specializing in speech therapy.

Ericka Haynes, originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, now calls Daytona Beach home. She has worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2021 and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in psychology to deepen her understanding of behavior and human development.
As a student analyst working toward her BCBA certification, Ericka is dedicated to expanding her expertise in applied behavior analysis. She is especially passionate about fostering supportive and inclusive environments where individuals can grow emotionally, socially, and behaviorally.
Driven by a genuine love for working with children, Ericka takes pride in advocating for her clients and their families. She believes that connection, consistency, and compassion are key to meaningful progress and is committed to empowering every child and family she supports.
Since 2018, Jody has worked as a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician, committed to helping children build the skills they need to succeed in life. With a focus on providing the right tools and support, Jody values the opportunity to create meaningful connections with families and takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Christopher Gordon is 23 years old and has been working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for the past two years, an experience he describes as one of the best decisions he has made. A lifelong soccer player, he spent last year playing in Ireland until March. In addition to athletics, Christopher is passionate about music, education, and helping others.
Working in ABA has been a source of great joy for him, and he hopes to continue pursuing this meaningful career path. He finds motivation in waking up each day knowing he can make a difference in someone’s life. Christopher is currently attending Florida Atlantic University (FAU), where he is working toward a bachelor’s degree in sociology.

Tylor has been working in healthcare since 2015, driven by a passion for helping others. His journey into the field began when his godchild was diagnosed at a young age. Wanting to better understand and support him led Tylor to discover the positive impact of ABA therapy. Today, at 5 years old, his godchild has made incredible progress and witnessing how ABA has improved his quality of life continues to inspire Tylor every day.
Tylor has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2023 and truly values the impact he is able to make in his clients’ lives. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is observing the progress of his clients and the joy it brings to their families as their loved ones continue to grow and succeed.

Amy Crandall has been a Registered Behavior Technician since 2021. She loves getting to know her clients and their families, and she truly enjoys finding creative ways to make communication feel natural and comfortable.
Originally from Michigan, Amy spent over 20 years as a paraprofessional in a one-room schoolhouse, working with students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Those years instilled in her patience, flexibility, and a deep appreciation for the joy of watching children learn and grow.
Now happily settled in sunny Florida with her husband, Amy enjoys the warmer climate—and not having to worry about icy winter roads. She is also a proud mother of two adult daughters and a devoted grandmother to four wonderful grandchildren who keep her heart full.
